Assessment / Design

An Exterior Point roofing expert will visit your home to assess your roof. They’ll be able to pinpoint any issues you may currently face and help you choose styles, options, and colors for your new roof.

Project Management

You are immediately assigned a project manager who will be your direct point of contact throughout the process. They will inform you on things like scheduling your roof installation and material delivery dates.

Installation

Once your roof installation day arrives, you can feel rest assured our crews will be efficient, courteous, and provide excellent clean-up after the job is complete.

Exterior Point really impressed me! I had an old roof with solar panels, and they were one of the few companies that could handle both removing and reinstalling the panels. They even helped me with some old gutter issues I hadn’t expected them to. The crew was super friendly and didn’t leave a mess behind. Exterior Point gave us a new roof in one day!  The professional team of roofers began at 7:30 am and finished by 6:00 pm. They tore off two sets of shingles, replaced our old skylight as well as several boards. They made a mess, but protected our deck, plants and outdoor furniture. The cleanup job was excellent, leaving our home looking pristine. Thanks to Stephen, Joel, and their team.
